Custom Leather cushion full grain aniline top grade cowhide slimline cushions made to order, camel, black, gray, bourbon, gold, distress

The listing photo was done in Restoration Wicker Distress. This is a slimline 1" thin cushion foam with Dacron inside. Once the leather is added the total height of the cushion will land at approximately 1.5" thick. The cushion pictured has top stitching around the perimeter and straps to secure it to the bench. Adding straps is an additional cost. The top-stitching will be added unless requested otherwise.

These slimline cushions will have a zipper along the back so the foam can be changed out down the line if needed. The leather should last through the years if conditioned with a good leather cream a couple of times a year. The foam is a high density medium firm foam that has an average 15 year life.
All leather cushions are fully leather: top, bottom and all sides are constructed in leather.

The leather is the highest quality upholstery top grade cow hide aniline leather. It is slightly distressed and will distress more over time. It is soft to the touch. It will scratch and scuff which is part of the charm of the distressed aniline leathers, however if you prefer a different style, you may like the Dakota collection (see my other listings), which is a semi aniline top grain leather that has a coating to protect against scratching and UV rays. The Dakota collection, will not age the same over time and will stay as is so long as it's conditioned.

- please note also if your cushion is larger than the hide itself (usually wider than about 5-6 feet depending on the hide), then it will need to be seamed together and there will be a top stitch on your cushion. Generally there will be a larger center piece with two smaller side pieces, so there would be two vertical top stitches. This would be on both the top and bottom of the cushion. The top and bottom of the cushion will always line up

NOTE: Because our cowhides are premium top grain leather, natural markings such as brands, finished scratches and bites may be present. Typically, these markings are very subtle and are considered by most as the "signature" of fine leather.
