First, I sent away for leather samples which helped me make my leather color decision! Then I made a request to Deanna about the thickness of my 6 dining chair cushions. They are perfect & arrived on schedule. I emailed her about the delivery date and she got right back to me. Great customer service and the pillows are fabulous…..the leather is soft & the color is great!
